I have recently got rid of my enormously expensive satellite subscriptions which are mostly mundane. I've replaced them with the excellent small service called Netflix. No warning, it simply evaporated and I got very angry and turned to the internet to rant. During the research I found that a large part of these shows were infrequently deleted from the US variant of Netflix. Here's how I used a cheap and simple DNS service to switch to the US variant.
